Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after receiving your shipping confirmation.

No additional shipping charges will be added at checkout unless otherwise stated.


Shipping Delays

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect address is entered at checkout and the order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes or offer refunds.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first contact your local postal service or shipping carrier.

Float Buddy is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
