At Float Buddy, we strive to provide high-quality products and a great customer experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality assurance reasons, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong size or color
  • No longer wanting the product
  • Accidental purchases
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement product or another suitable solution at our discretion.


Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but cannot be located, please first contact your local postal service or carrier.

Float Buddy is not responsible for packages that are marked as successfully delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate before placing an order.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to issue a refund.


Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed.

Because of this, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.


Size Selection

We strongly recommend reviewing our Size Guide before placing your order.

If your dog falls between two sizes, we recommend selecting the larger size for the most comfortable fit.

Float Buddy is not responsible for incorrect size selections made by the customer.


Shipping Delays

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only.

Unexpected delays due to customs inspections, weather conditions, holidays, or shipping carriers are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
